Attending Classes, Courses & Retreat

Attending onsite:

We start punctually at 19:00 – please allow 10 minutes for your arrival, registration and finding your place.

The number of our onsite attendees is limited to 16 persons. You can secure a place in the meditation room via the booking form or just show up for the class.

Hygiene rules:

• If you feel unwell or ill:
  please take care of your health first and attend the online classes.
• If you wish, you can wash and/or disinfect your hands upon arrival.
• please observe current recommendations when coughing or sneezing.
• It is still recommended to keep some physical distance from others especially during conversations and when sitting down (chairs are set up accordingly).

What we do:

Regular cleaning of all surfaces
Regular ventilation of the rooms

We kindly ask everyone on their part to act responsibly.

Attending the live streams and online classes

Currently we do offer the English class only in Person – let us know if you would like to attend online classes guided in English.

Important:

To participate via Live Stream it is necessary to register no later than 20 minutes before the start of the event so that all links can be send successfully. We cannot guarantee this later.

If you did not receive a link please check the SPAM folder first.

For the live stream transmission we use the zoom software. It works this way:

If you have registered, you will receive an email link to access the live stream. System requirements according to Zoom can be found here.

How the online transmission works with your computer:

1. please click on the link in the email you will receive

2. allow Zoom to open from your browser (example Google Chrome)

3. Click on „Am Meeting teilnehmen“ ( attending the meeting )

4. Give your name and email address.

5. The Webinar will start automatically as soon as we are online.

How does it work with a smartphone?

Please click on the link in the email you will receive. You will be asked to download the app from the App Store / Google Play.

You can now either join using the meeting ID and password or log in with your email address and then join.

Attending by telephone

• In the email you will receive, you will find a German landline number as well as the access number to the event.
• You can call the number at your landline rate with your mobile or landline, you will be asked to enter the access number and then you can listen.
• If you wish and if your technical requirements allow it, you can use the participation link to simultaneously play the video while turning off the sound. If this has interruptions, you will still have clear sound over your phone.
