An Inner Compass

Drop in meditation class – guided in English

Wednesday 7:00pm – 8:30pm

with Gen Kelsang Khandro

About this series of classes:

Sometimes we might pause and ask ourselves: What does really matter in my life?

These days we live in an increasingly confusing world. Old standards and values seem to disappear. Out of worry or resignation, many people withdraw into a closed off, isolated, private world – but still not  finding security, real happiness and fulfilment.

Through Buddhas wisdom teachings, we can develop an inner understanding, that gives us orientation and direction in our life. This inner compass is literally priceless.

We can learn to understand the deeper causes of our problems and start to become familiar with practical solutions within our mind.

These classes consist of a relaxing meditation, a talk and a guided meditation about the topic of the talk. After the class there is an opportunity to ask questions and to meet and discuss with like-minded people.

Everybody welcome!
