In these classes, we will learn practical advice on what to do when painful feelings arise in our mind e.g. how to:
- not panic
- take the time to see what is really going on in our mind
- discover where our painful feelings come from
- deal with difficulties with a calm and happy mind through simple meditations.

The classes consist of a preparatory meditation, a talk and a guided meditation about the topic. After the class there is an opportunity to ask questions and to meet like-minded people.
