Meditation is becoming increasingly recognized as an effective means to reduce stress and improve our quality of life. However the much deeper and far-reaching benefits of meditation have been understood by Buddhist practitioners for thousands of years.
These classes are an ideal introduction to meditation. Each class includes simple guided meditations that can be reproduced at home and practical advice on how to improve mindfulness and concentration and to live a happier, relaxed and positive life.
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance on how to improve your meditation practice.
This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
Salome Werth has been studying on the Foundation Program at Kadampa Meditation Centre Munich for several years. She is known for her joyful enthusiasm for dharma – Buddhas teachings.
